All Orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We offer free shipping for all orders over $80 in value. Orders under $80 in value will incur a $10 shipping charge.

We ship Australia Wide (excluding NT for now), with most orders arriving within 2-7 business days depending on your location. No guaranteed delivery times, please contact us for an estimate. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes

Muto Wine ships to P.O Boxes, however business addresses are preferred, followed by residential. 

Your Order Cancellation Rights

Under Australian Consumer Law we are not obligated to provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind so please choose carefully.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

Please contact us if you encounter any issues. We will gladly review any claims and reimburse or replace the goods if a valid claim has been approved. 

All our wines are Vegan Friendly, we do not use any animal products in our wine. Just grapes and wild yeast.  

At Muto, sustainability is in our name—literally. We focus on “Future Classics”: Mediterranean grape varieties that naturally thrive in Australia’s warm, dry climate. We partner only with growers who farm responsibly, often organically or biodynamically. In the winery, we keep things simple and low-intervention to let the fruit shine. Our operations run on solar, we drive electric, reuse water, compost everything, and package with recycled and lightweight materials. Every step is intentional—better for the planet, and better wine too.
