A skin-contact field blend of Macabeo, Malvasia, Moscato Giallo and Picpoul, sourced from the Bassham Family’s Organic and Biodynamic vineyard. Left to macerate for three weeks on skins, this wine brings together the perfumed aromatics of Malvasia, the savoury texture and weight of Macabeo, the citrus-charged zip of Picpoul, and the vibrant, juicy fruit of Moscato Giallo. Pressed with full solids to tank for wild fermentation, then matured on lees for six months.

Textured and zippy, this skin-contact blend hums with juicy tangerine, tinned apricot, pineapple juice and a lift of bergamot tea. A beeswax-like mouthfeel from the skins adds richness, balanced by bright acidity that keeps every sip refreshing.
