Matured in barrel to build shape and complexity, the wine balances purity of fruit with savoury detail, favouring elegance and restraint over power.

Notes of red currant, Moroccan spice shop and fragrant rosehip lead the way, layered with gentle autumnal forest herbs. The palate is soft and flowing, with juicy acidity, fine tannins and a long, savoury finish touched by a whisper of coastal breeze.
