2025 Moscato

A zippy, lightly sweet wine made from Moscato Giallo, sourced from the Bassham Family’s Organic and Biodynamic vineyard in the Riverland, South Australia. Picked ripe to capture maximum flavour and aromatic lift, the ferment is stopped midway to retain the grape’s natural sweetness. At around 70g/L residual sugar, roughly half the sweetness of many traditional Moscato's, this wine sits in a beautifully balanced space, with bright acidity keeping everything fresh, lively and incredibly drinkable.

Aromatic and floral with wild lychee, fresh grapes and a touch of honey. Lightly sweet with a zesty finish that’s all sunshine and good times! Perfect with spicy food, Pavlova or for sipping through a lazy brunch.
