2025 Picpoul

100% Picpoul Blanc, sourced from the Bassham Family’s Organic and Biodynamic vineyard. Picpoul originally from southern France and Spain, is known for its bright acidity and minerality. To add texture, a portion of our wine undergoes skin contact: The skin-fermented portion is hand-plunged daily and pressed after seven days, then combined in tank for seven months of lees maturation.

Textural and slurp-able, this Picpoul bursts with pithy lemon, pear, juicy mandarin and quince, opening into pineapple rind, salted green mango and melon, all lifted by delicate floral aromas. Gentle texture from the skins adds a waxy edge, balanced by crisp, salty freshness that makes it dangerously drinkable. Finishing dry and bright, it’s perfect for aperitivo, fresh seafood, or a beachside sip with minimum chips.
