2025 Vermentino

100% Vermentino, sourced from the Chalmers Family’s Merbein vineyard in the Murray Darling region of Victoria. Vermentino is a southern Italian native, most famously grown along the coastal regions of Sardinia and Liguria, where its freshness and saline edge are prized. Destemmed fruit was basket pressed with full solids to tank for wild fermentation and maturation on lees for 6 months. 

Vibrant and sunlit, bursting with wild mango, grapefruit zest and pineapple. Layers of white peach, Bosc pear and delicate yellow flowers add lift, while time on lees brings a soft, textural edge. Crisp, saline and savoury on the finish, it’s the kind of refreshing white that keeps you coming back – perfect with aperitivo, zesty pasta, or simply in front of the BBQ.
